When ordering radiant heaters, please order the heaters in accordance with your equipment specifications

by checking lists with reference to pictures and drawings below.

For your information, kinds of heating wire consist of a magnetic wire(kanthal wire or Fe-Cr wire) and

a non-magnetic wire(nickel wire).

So please check a magnetic wire or a non-magnetic wire by using a magnet.

And please write certainly kinds of heating wire and current applied temperatures as well.

◆ Kinds of Radiant Heater Heating Wire ◆

- Kinds of magnetic wire :

1) KANTHAL-AF (wire) : It is used for High Temperature, and the range of applied temperature is about 1000℃.

2) KANTHAL-D (wire) : It is used for Intermediate Temperature, and the range of applied temperature is 650℃~800℃.

3) FCHW 1, FCHW 2 (wire) : It is used for Low Temperature, and the range of applied temperature is below 550℃.

- Kinds of non-magnetic wire :

1) NCH 1 or NIKROTHAL 80Plus(Ni:80%, Cr:20%) : It is used for High Temperature, and the range of applied

temperature is below 1000℃.
