Car Type Annealing Furnace
Car Type Annealing Furnace makes in-output and stretching processes easy. To provide quick temperature raising and keep the uniform temperature distribution, a convection current stirring device(fan) is attached. Heating part is composed with over 2~3parts, the heater insulation is designed a dual insulation type so it guarantees the service life for many years.
Also, in Car type annealing furnace’s, the weakest point is in the bottom part, i.e. it's designed to a special structure to prevent thermal loss by having a crack between the body of the furnace and the car.
