Normalizing Furnace
Normalizing Furnace has an convection current stirring device(fan) attached inside the furnace, this is to provide quick temperature raising and keep uniform temperature distribution. The heater insulation is a dual insulation type so it guarantees the service life for many years.
On normalizing process, the pusher type system which makes continuous producing and elevator type cooling room are set up separately. It makes cooling down quick and products with the uniform hardness.
